Tiger Eye Spider Reblooming Daylily
Impressive, award-winning blooms open from the tall, 30" stems of this daylily not once but twice during the course of a season. Its spidery, 6" flowers have long, thin, recurved petals of bronze-orange. Adding contrast to the blooms is a black-orange chevron eye zone and a golden to green throat. After the main flush of flowers in early to midsummer, Tigereye returns for a second bout of blooming in late summer to early fall. The leaves, which resemble long shoots of grass, remain green during the season before going dormant in winter. Hemerocallis
